Support Times
We aim to complete normal website updates and support requests within three working days, although most are dealt with sooner. Technical problems that prevent the website, contact forms, telephone buttons or enquiry features from working are prioritised as urgent during normal working hours.
Do not describe ordinary content changes, new pages, image replacements or design alterations as urgent.
